  • Ascension Florida Community Investment Information

    In commitment to our Mission of improving the health of individuals and communities we serve while best stewarding our resources, Ascension Florida seeks community investment requests that align with our prioritized community needs, strategic priorities, and organizational goals to ensure sustainable community impact.

    External organizations wishing to submit a request for funding must complete the online Ascension Florida Community Investment Application

    Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Responses may take up to 90-days.
